Job summary

Shaw Industries Group, Inc. is seeking an Authorized Compliance Trainer to deliver classroom and on-the-job EHS training across SAFE programs for authorized associates.

The role includes maintaining training records for OSHA, BSI and ISO audits, and serving as a subject-matter expert for Arc Flash, Fall Protection, Hoisting and Rigging, among others. The position requires experience in industrial maintenance or EHS, certification maintenance, and strong presentation and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Present EHS training to associates and ensure content understanding.

Responsibilities

• Present delegated Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) training to associates.
• Maintain training records and documentation for audits (OSHA, BSI, ISO).
• Coordinate and maintain authorized and compliance training per Risk Management requirements.
• Train and audit machine-specific trainers for consistency.
• Assist with plant-level New Hire Orientation and other training programs.
• Travel for training and certification maintenance.
