Job summary

STAT Home Health is hiring for a full-time Insurance Authorization Specialist in Little Rock, AR. The role focuses on verifying benefits, data entry, and communicating with case management, with company ESOP ownership and solid compensation

This position requires a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and knowledge of office software. Training on home health systems and insurance processes is provided where needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of various office machines and office software programs.
• Willingness to learn home health computer systems and regulations.
• Knowledge or willingness to learn the insurance authorization process of various insurers.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verifying insurance benefits of privately insured clients/patients.
• Data entry.
• Notifying case management staff of patient service status.
• Record keeping of all patients.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent
