Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in obtaining authorizations and verifying eligibility.
• Strong customer service skills and professionalism.
• Ability to work weekends/holidays as needed.
• Demonstrated experience using office equipment (printers, copiers, scanners).
• Proficient with multi-line telephone systems and data entry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
