Responsibilities

• Submit and track prior authorization and pre-certification requests for exams and procedures.
• Verify coverage and benefits using payer portals to ensure alignment with guidelines.
• Collect medical records and documentation to support authorizations.
• Schedule, reschedule, or cancel imaging exams as needed.
• Communicate preparation instructions and directions to patients.
