Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and HIPAA familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the authorization process for home infusion services.
• Serve as liaison among healthcare providers, insurance payers, sales teams, and franchise.
• Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits for home infusion care.
• Submit all required documentation to insurers to support authorization requests.
• Maintain comprehensive authorization records in the EMR system.
• Generate reports on authorization activities for management.
