Qualifications

• Credentials as a Montessori educator from an accredited training program (MACTE preferred).
• Experience in a licensed child care center, Montessori school or related field, and previous lead teacher experience preferred.

• Sharing an authentic Montessori experience by implementing the Montessori curriculum and facilitating engaging learning experiences.
• Following licensing guidelines, school and company standards to ensure daily care of every child.

With trained, dedicated educators (some with decades of experience), we provide an authentic Montessori experience in an early education setting. With mixed-age classrooms and carefully curated Montessori materials, we embrace the authentic Montessori Method, as we guide young learners toward the future, so they become innovative thinkers, good citizens, and able leaders.

Leading a classroom takes a special kind of skill. Montessori Certified Guides have been uniquely trained to deliver an authentic Montessori experience, encouraging children to be innovative and independent.

As a Montessori Certified Guide you are an expert in:

• Sharing An Authentic Montessori Experience: Implementthe Montessoricurriculum and facilitate engaging interactive learning experiences.
• Policies and Procedures: Follow all licensing guidelines, school, and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Teaching and Communicating: Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Gaining Knowledge: Complete ongoing professional development on Montessori pedagogy and early childhood development topics.

Wewant joyful, dependable, passionate individualswhoare at least 18 andhave:
