Job summary

LSKD is opening its first Texas store in Austin and seeks a retail leader to partner with the Head Coach (Store Manager) to shape the new market. You’ll help recruit, train, and activate our community before day one, while driving store growth and culture.

As the right hand to the Head Coach, you’ll lead floor operations, coach the team daily, and ensure excellent merchandising. This full-time role requires weekend availability and a passion for health and movement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a high-volume retail role as an Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor.
• Proven track record of supporting team performance and development.
• Strong understanding of retail data, budgets, forecasts and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Head Coach to manage daily operations and store strategy.
• Lead the floor during shifts, run daily game plans, and coach the team.
• Recruit, train, and activate the local community and customers.
• Own premium visual merchandising and smooth open/close routines.
• Track KPIs (AOV, conversions, UPT) and lead weekly team huddles.
• Build a knowledge base on fabrics, fits, and styles for community education.
• Create and execute quarterly store development plans with local events.
