Job summary

Pursuit is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to manage an Austin-based territory, prospect, run meetings, and close deals with a focus on life-saving products. You’ll operate in a full-cycle, hunter role with uncapped upside, reporting to the leadership team from our downtown Austin office.

You’ll split time between the office and the field, traveling within Central Texas, and earning a competitive base plus uncapped commissions with first-year earnings around $150K.

• Outbound sales experience with a hunter mentality.
• Polished, high-energy, coachable demeanor.
• Strong phone presence and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own your pipeline end-to-end from outbound outreach to closed deals.
• Work a defined Austin territory with regular trips to San Antonio.
• Split time between downtown Austin office and the field, meeting decision-makers face to face.
