Qualifications

• Registered Representative with experience in defined contribution plans preferred.
• Securities registrations – Series 7, 65 & 66 preferred.
• Life & Health Insurance Licenses required.
• Desire to assist clients in meeting financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage 403(b)/457 enrollment and participant education.
• Prospect and conduct one-on-one appointments.
• Recommend and implement investment strategies.
• Conduct retirement and investment seminars.

Skills

Understanding of defined contribution marketplace (403(b), 457, 401(a))

Knowledge of rules/regulations around contributions and withdrawals

Territory management

Relationship building

Fund knowledge
