A leading independent broker-dealer is seeking a Financial Professional to manage plan sponsor relationships and work in tax-exempt markets. The role includes conducting 403(b)/457 enrollments, offering investment strategies, and providing participant education. Ideal candidates have knowledge of defined contribution plans and relevant securities registrations. This position offers access to a client base and various financial products to facilitate success.

Qualifications

• Desire to assist clients meet their financial and retirement goals.
• Ability to conduct retirement and investment seminars.
• Experience in prospecting and scheduling one-on-one appointments.

Responsibilities

• Work plan sponsor relationships in tax exempt markets and retail.
• Conduct 403(b)/457 enrollment and participant education.
• Recommend and implement investment strategies.

Skills

Strong understanding of the defined contribution marketplace (403(b), 457, and 401(a))

Knowledge of rules/regulations around contribution limits

Territory management and business development

Relationship building

Fund knowledge and product/pricing knowledge

Education

Registered Representative with experience working defined contribution plans

Securities registrations – Series 7, 65 & 66 preferred

Life & Health Insurance Licenses
