Qualifications

• Registered Representative with experience working defined contribution plans.
• Desire to assist clients meet financial and retirement goals.
• Experience in conducting retirement and investment seminars.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for 403(b)/457 enrollment, retirement and investment strategies.
• Prospect, schedule and conduct one on one appointments.
• Research client service issues and investment questions.

Skills

Strong understanding of the defined contribution marketplace (403(b), 457, and 401(a))

Territory management and business development

Relationship building

Fund knowledge and product/pricing knowledge

Education

Securities registrations – Series 7, 65 & 66 preferred
