Qualifications

• Experience working defined contribution plans, 403(b), 457, and 401(a).
• Desire to assist clients in meeting financial goals and becoming a top producer.
• Knowledge of rules/regulations around contribution limits and plan documents.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 403(b)/457 enrollment, retirement and investment strategies, and seminars.
• Prospect, schedule, and conduct one-on-one appointments with clients.
• Research client service issues and recommend investment strategies.
