Qualifications
Registered Representative with experience working defined contribution plans, 403(b), 457, and 401(a) preferred.
Securities registrations – Series 7, 65 & 66 preferred.
Life & Health Insurance Licenses.
Desire to assist clients meet their financial and retirement goals.
Responsibilities
403(b)/457 enrollment, retirement and investment strategies, and participant education and seminars.
Prospect, schedule and conduct one‑on‑one appointments.
Recommend and implement investment strategies.
Research client service issues and investment questions.
Conduct retirement and investment seminars.
Skills
Strong understanding of the defined contribution marketplace (403(b), 457, and 401(a))
Knowledge of rules/regulations around contribution limits, loans, withdrawals, vesting, and plan documents
Territory management and business development
Relationship building
Fund knowledge and product/pricing knowledge
Education
