Job summary

YETI is seeking a Retail Recruiter based in Austin, TX to drive high-volume hiring for our retail store network and to manage the recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding readiness.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business (or equivalent), 0–2 years in recruiting or related roles, exceptional attention to detail, and strong collaboration skills with store leaders; onsite four days a week in Austin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting and customer service.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume recruiting for retail store positions with store leaders.
• Review applications, screen candidates, move qualified talent through process.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide consultative support to store leaders through hiring process.
• Coordinate offers, background checks, and pre-employment activities.
• Monitor progress and escalate barriers to avoid delays.
• Maintain candidate and requisition data in ATS with accuracy.
• Support hiring events and seasonal initiatives.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience as a brand ambassador.
