YETI is hiring a Retail Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across our retail store network. The role focuses on sourcing candidates through onboarding readiness, ensuring stores have talent to meet business demands with urgency and accuracy.

Based in Austin, TX, the recruiter will partner with store leaders, manage the ATS and events, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience while upholding YETI’s brand values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 0-2 years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, customer service, retail operations, or related experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of work while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume recruiting for retail store positions, partnering with store leaders to fill roles quickly.
