Job summary

YETI is seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate for our store at The Domain in Austin, TX. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences, demonstrate product knowledge, and help guests find the right YETI gear for their adventures.

This role supports the holiday season with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Applicants should have at least a high school diploma, 1 year in a customer-centric role, and be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and/or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience working in a customer centric environment.
• Experience using new technology and adopting new processes to increase profitability.
• Ability to work up to 29 hours per week.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to lift, bend, open, and move product up to 50 pounds as needed; ability to stand for entire work shift.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship.

YETI is actively seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to join our store located at The Domain in Austin, TX.

Must be available to work a flexible retail schedule that includes, but is not limited to, evenings, weekends and holidays and the following peak dates if scheduled: 11/22-11/28, 12/19-12/31.

Pay Range: $15.00 - $16.00 Hourly USD Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
