Job summary

Picnic is seeking a Territory Restaurant Manager to own restaurant supply for the Austin region, signing partners and ensuring they deliver: capacity, on-time prep, proper packaging, with menus and photos that entice orders.

You will collaborate with a Bogotá-based team across restaurant sales, onboarding, menu operations, and frontline support, setting standards and improving processes. The role is onsite in Austin with base pay between $81,000 and $95,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 managing a team.
• Background in restaurants, food delivery, marketplaces, hospitality, or supply-side operations.
• Experience owning a supply base or partner portfolio, spanning acquisition and ongoing performance.
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations: kitchen workflow, POS systems, menu management, ticket flow.

Responsibilities

• Selection depth and cuisine coverage; decide sources and ensure options at different price tiers.
• Own capacity model, drive on-time prep, and handle sign-off decisions for partners.
• Curate menus, photos, tags, and descriptions to ensure quality and consistency.
• Lead cross-timezone teams across sales, onboarding, and frontline support; set SLAs and routing.
