Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred; recent grads or those from retail/hospitality do well.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to quickly connect with anyone in customer environments.
• Must have a valid smartphone or device to log into company systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule (Mon–Fri, then Tue–Sat variations).
• Guide customers through a personalized in-home sales process to close deals.
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
• No cold-calling; all leads are warm and pre-set.
• Represent West Shore Home and its products during in-home consultations.
