Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience handling homeowners property claims from start to finish.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and contractors.
• Strong estimating fundamentals for damages on first-party homeowner losses.

Responsibilities

• Possesses a deep understanding of policy types written by the company.
• Strong estimating fundamentals to create or audit damages estimates.
• Builds mastered relationships with internal and external customers.
• Evaluates settlement alternatives while ensuring regulatory compliance and fair claims practices.
• Negotiates settlements, makes payments and documents activities across multiple lines.
