Job summary

Allstate is seeking a Field Property Adjuster to investigate and settle homeowners claims in the Austin area. You will manage the claim lifecycle, inspect properties, prepare estimates, review supplements, and help customers with ALE coverage while delivering clear, timely communication.

Ideal candidates have field and desk experience, are organized, and hold an active adjuster license or are eligible for reciprocal licensure. On-site role based in Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• Requires High School/GED or equivalent.
• Analytical thinking and strong communication are essential.
• Experience negotiating settlements and managing multiple claims.

Responsibilities

• Understand policy types and apply claims guidelines.
• Estimate damages and review settlements for accuracy and compliance.
• Negotiate settlements and document actions across multiple files.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Handle end-to-end claim lifecycle from inspection to closure.
