Job summary

Allstate is seeking a Field Property Adjuster to manage homeowners claims from start to finish in the Austin area. You will inspect properties, prepare estimates, review supplements, and coordinate contents and ALE with customers and contractors.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, organization, and the ability to handle multiple claims in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Xactimate and an active adjuster license (or eligibility for reciprocal) is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in field and desk claims handling.
• Active adjuster license or eligible for reciprocal license.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and evaluate homeowners property claims from start to finish.
• Conduct inspections and prepare repair estimates.
• Review supplements and handle contents claims and ALE as needed.
• Assist customers with additional living expense coverage and communicate clearly.
