Qualifications

• Eight to ten years upscale food service experience with management background.
• Experience in personnel management including hiring, supervision, evaluation and succession planning.
• Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides overall leadership for dining and catering operations at a primary Austin location.
• Collaborates with site Directors to execute initiatives and standards for guest experience.
• Manages financial reporting, budgets, and cash handling to achieve targets.
• Maintains HACCP controls and ensures compliance with health and safety regulations.
