Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Construction Management or related program.
• At least eight years of construction field experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Superintendent to develop site logistics plan.
• Oversee the pay request process.
• Monitor project costs and prepare job cost reports.
• Analyze and forecast total cost projections.
• Monitor project labor and resources.
• Review and approve material and equipment needs.
• Assist in estimating when bidding projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with owners, vendors, subcontractors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
