Brivo, Inc. is seeking a Customer Care Representative for our Austin, Texas headquarters. This role handles inquiries by phone, chat and email, delivering courteous service and resolving non-technical issues for Brivo customers and resellers.

You will triage requests, input data in CRM, support sales and operations, and maintain accurate records while contributing to a positive customer experience and ongoing product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven customer care experience is essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM software and MS Office suite.
• Problem-solving, patience, empathy and active listening.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound calls and direct to relevant departments.
• Enter and process inbound customer requests for product support.
• Triage and resolve non-technical issues with customers.
• Input data into CRM and maintain accurate activity records.
• Support sales, operations and other departments as needed.
• Participate in regular departmental meetings.
• Process orders, returns and exchanges efficiently.
