Qualifications

• University degree with 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Experience in commercial banking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs or assists in banking activities, including underwriting and/or relationship management.
• Works under supervision with limited approval authority.
• Identifies and mitigates risk (regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit).
• Manages risk and helps ensure quality for new or existing clients.
• Analyzes information to design and execute client solutions.
• Moves a transaction from proposal to close to drive fee income within relationships.
• Interacts with clients to expand relationships and deepen wallet share.
• Articulates product and servicing recommendations to customers.
• Participates in ongoing learning to strengthen credit and sales skills.
