Job summary

MGC Contractors, Inc. is seeking Concrete, Labor, and Mechanical Superintendents to join our Texas Division in the Austin area.

The role focuses on supervising field activities, coordinating site logistics, tracking costs, and ensuring safety compliance on water/wastewater projects across multiple sites. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least five years of experience on multi-functional water/wastewater projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least five (5) years of experience on multi-functional water/wastewater projects required.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed Project Contract status reports.
• Coordinate with the team in development of project site logistics plan.
• Coordinate and Assist with scheduling of project site logistics plan.
• Coordinate with the team in development and thorough updates of the project schedule.
• Coordinate with the team on the pay request process.
• Monitor project costs and job cost reports.
• Analyze and forecast total cost projection reports.
• Implement and monitor safety all on site staff personnel.
• Monitor project labor.
• Review and approve material and equipment needs.
• Any and all other duties assigned.
