Job summary

MGC Contractors, Inc. is seeking Concrete, Labor and Mechanical Superintendents to join our Arizona Division in the Phoenix metro area. This on-site role requires coordinating project site logistics, schedules, costs, and safety across water and wastewater construction sites.

The candidate should have a High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of five years' experience on multi-functional water/wastewater projects. Occasional overtime may be required in a full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least five (5) years of experience on multi-functional water/wastewater projects required.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed Project Contract status reports.
• Coordinate with the team in development of project site logistics plan.
• Coordinate and assist with scheduling of project site logistics plan.
• Coordinate with the team in development and thorough updates of the project schedule.
• Coordinate with the team on the pay request process.
• Monitor project costs and job cost reports.
• Analyze and forecast total cost projection reports.
• Implement and monitor safety all on site staff personnel.
• Monitor project labor.
• Review and approve material and equipment needs.
• Any and all other duties assigned.
