Qualifications

• Current RBT certification in good standing.
• Able to work onsite in Aurora, CO.
• Professional Crisis Management (PCM) Certification.
• Reliable transportation to client locations in and around Aurora.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes or clinic settings in Aurora, CO.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client behavior and skill acquisition.
• Follow Professional Crisis Management (PCM) procedures when required to ensure safety.
• Communicate session progress and observations to supervising clinicians and caregivers.
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training as requested.
