Job summary

Astro ABA in Aurora, CO is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. You will implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), collect and record data on client progress, and maintain a safe, organized therapy environment.

You will collaborate with parents and caregivers to develop and implement treatment plans, apply positive reinforcement and behavior modification techniques, and participate in team

Qualifications

• Must be a certified RBT through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or associate's degree preferred.
• No ABA experience required.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Provide positive reinforcement and behavior modification techniques to promote skill acquisition and reduction of problem behaviors.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and company initiatives.
