Achieve ABA Therapy Group is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in the Aurora, CO area for after-school hours. You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, helping children build communication, social, and daily-living skills while supporting families.

The role includes strong BCBA mentorship, ongoing professional development, and flexible scheduling with benefits such as PTO and health coverage. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered after 180 billable hours.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation to client sites.
• Passion for working with children and individuals with disabilities.
