Qualifications

• 5+ years IT development or implementation/consulting in software or Internet industries.
• Hands-on experience with Aurora MySQL or RDS for MySQL.
• Experience leading migrations to Aurora as the technical owner.
• Experience with MySQL at scale (multi-terabyte databases, high connections, cross‑Region replication).

Responsibilities

• Design scalable architectures for MySQL workloads on Aurora and RDS.
• Collaborate with customers to architect, migrate, optimize, and operate MySQL workloads.
• Represent customer voice to influence feature development and product roadmap.
• Share best practices via blogs, whitepapers, and reference architectures.
