Job summary

The Mansfield City School District is seeking an Auditorium Manager for the 2026-2027 school year. This supplemental role oversees scheduling, safety, and operation of the school auditorium for school and approved community events outside the regular duties. The manager serves as the primary contact for auditorium use and ensures timely setup, operation, and teardown.

Reports to Building Principal. Supplemental 3% of base salary; assignment reviewed annually and aligned with the event calendar

Qualifications

• Demonstrated organizational and event management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities and communicate with staff, students, and community organizations.
• Knowledge of safety practices for auditorium events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate use and scheduling of the school auditorium for events.
• Oversee setup and ensure facility is prepared for performances and meetings.
• Supervise student workers, volunteers, and event staff as needed.
• Maintain event calendars and records of auditorium usage.
• Ensure compliance with district policies and safety procedures.
• Serve as on-site facility manager during events.
