• 3+ years in theater management or live event production.
• Experience operating and training others on professional sound and lighting boards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Theater or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facility Management: Scheduling and managing the daily use of the Auditorium.
• Technical Oversight: Recruiting, training, and managing high school auditorium technicians and district staff on the operation of sound boards, lighting, and other auditorium functions.
• Maintenance & Safety: Creating and managing general auditorium upkeep and building safety, including safety checks and routine maintenance.
• Event Support: Front of House leadership during evening and weekend performances and other events.
• Inventory & Budgeting: Tracking auditorium inventory and budgeting for technical items.
