Job summary

ADVANTAGE MEDIA SERVICES LLC in Bear, DE is seeking a Full Time Inventory Auditor to perform audits across receiving, picking, packing, and shipping in a fast-paced warehouse.

The role requires 3+ years in inventory or audit, 3PL experience, strong Excel and WMS knowledge, forklift is a plus, and the ability to work independently or with a team; bilingual preferred.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred.
  • 3+ years inventory or audit experience.
  • 3PL and retail distribution experience strongly preferred.
  • Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data filtering).
  • Strong understanding of WMS transactions and inventory flows.
  • Experience conducting investigations and documenting findings.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Forklift experience.
  • Bilingual preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Audit receiving, picking, packing and shipping processes.
  • Perform root cause analysis for discrepancies.
  • Audit system transactions for compliance and accuracy.
  • Validate inventory adjustments and ensure proper approvals.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy KPIs and shrink metrics.
  • Support client-specific compliance requirements.
  • Prepare audit reports with findings and corrective action recommendations.
  • Assist in annual physical inventory coordination.
  • Train and guide Level I Inventory Auditors.
  • Support SOP development and updates.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Quality and IT on inventory issues.
  • Support operational functions as needed.

Location: DE 710 American Blvd - Bear, DE 19701

Position: Full Time

Salary: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour

Shift: Day

Essential Job Functions
  • Conduct comprehensive audits across receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
  • Perform root cause analysis for recurring discrepancies
  • Audit system transactions for compliance and accuracy
  • Validate inventory adjustments and ensure proper approval workflows
  • Monitor inventory accuracy KPIs and shrink metrics
  • Support client-specific compliance requirements
  • Prepare audit reports with findings and corrective action recommendations
  • Assist in annual physical inventory coordination
  • Train and guide Level I Inventory Auditors
  • Support SOP development and updates
  • Identify process improvement opportunities
  • Coordinate with Operations, Quality, and IT on inventory issues
  • Support operational functions with resources as business dictates and time permits
  • Other tasks as required to meet goals

Working Conditions
  • Fast-paced warehouse environment with exposure to various temperature changes
  • May require standing or walking for extended periods
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Flexible work hours, including occasional evenings or weekends during peak periods or physical inventories
  • Ability to travel throughout and between facilities as required
