Job summary

Pro Resources Staffing Services is seeking an Auditor for our Distribution Center in Anderson, IN. The role focuses on inventory control, accuracy, and safety to ensure efficient shipping and top-tier service.

The Auditor will verify counts, match documents, inspect pallets, manage inbound/outbound shipments, and train new staff as needed. This is a Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM shift with pay at $17.35 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, drivers, and coworkers in a positive and professional manner.
• Match picking sheets to probox placards and slide gate tags.
• Inspect proboxes for cleanliness, missing clips, and proper labeling; ensure boxes are locked in place.
• Verify SU Numbers and ensure product and sub-product match.
• Document counts and notes on picking sheets accurately, including totals for proboxes and pallets.
• Report issues such as dirty or missing tags to the Supervisor or Manager.
• Complete Load Inspection Forms and document any discrepancies or errors.
• Inspect pallets for damaged, dirty, or stained bags; coordinate replacements with forklift operators.
• Ensure pallet stacking follows company guidelines.
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments, including auditing, verifying counts, and updating databases.
• Provide on-the-job training for new employees as needed.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support shipping and receiving departments as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment per company safety manual.
• Exhibit regular, dependable attendance.
• Other duties as assigned
