Qualifications

• Three years supervising professional accounting operations in governmental areas.
• Two years supervising Accountant/Auditor within ATC or equivalent.
• Education: Bachelor's in Accounting or 24 units in accounting and 24 in business; CPA may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and administer specialized accounting or auditing functions.
• Review and evaluate audit reports and advise management on findings.
• Manage county-wide functions including collections, payroll, accounts payable, general accounting, auditing, disaster claims, or property tax.
• Supervise preparation of statistical and accounting, auditing, budget, cost allocation reports and financial statements.
