Responsibilities

• Review detailed financial statement audit engagements, review engagements, agreed‑upon procedures engagements, and outsourced accounting engagements.
• Oversee financial statement accounts assigned, including personnel scheduling, compliance with due dates, billing, and monitoring time budgets.
• Examine and analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and adherence to reporting standards.
• Advise and mentor assurance staff on specific financial statement issues and related questions.
• Lead client service responsibilities, ensuring high-quality engagement delivery.
• Coordinate time management across multiple engagements to meet deadlines efficiently.
• Utilize computer skills effectively, including ProSystem's Engagement, Microsoft Office, and XCM.
• Direct and supervise teams of senior and staff-level assurance associates.
• Participate actively in the firm's career advisory program.
