• Research, analyze, and communicate technical accounting and auditing issues to staff, fostering the development of their technical expertise
• Coordinate workflow between staff and management by prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, and monitoring engagement progress

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience supporting audit, review, and compilation engagements in a public accounting environment
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, auditing standards, and financial statement preparation
• Ability to perform and review complex accounting and auditing procedures
• Experience conducting accounting research and analyzing technical issues
• CPA preferred
