SNI Financial partners with a Dallas‑area Real Estate development & Investment firm to hire a Senior Accountant. This role supports GAAP reporting and the monthly close while expanding into real estate, development, and investment accounting.

Transition from public accounting into industry is encouraged, with a path toward broader financial operations. You'll leverage audit and GAAP foundations, gain hands‑on experience across operations, and collaborate with Finance, Operations, and leadership

Qualifications

• 2+ busy seasons in public accounting, Big 4 or regional CPA strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
• Exposure to real estate, investment clients, or property accounting is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own key components of the monthly close process.

Who We're Looking For...

• Audit or Assurance experience
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
• Exposure to real estate, investment clients, or property accounting is a plus—but not required
• CPA or actively pursuing CPA certification preferred
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership
