This role moves you from the Big 4/regional grind into a consulting career with real upside, where you’ll join Fortune 500 finance teams for high-impact engagements and maintain technical depth while being rewarded as a valued asset. You’ll work directly on complex projects such as IPO readiness, SOX compliance, M&A integration, carve-outs, FP&A, and system implementations.

Qualifications

• CPA or actively pursuing
• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4-7 years in public accounting with at least 3 busy seasons
• Big 4 or regional firm background; mix of public accounting and industry is fine
• Entrepreneurial mindset and drive to grow beyond traditional firm paths
• Desire to build a long-term career with higher earning potential
