Inland Group is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team in Downers Grove, IL. You will prepare financial statements, maintain the general ledger, and support assets across our real estate portfolio.

You will collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and Asset Management to ensure GAAP compliance, accurate reporting, and process improvements. The ideal candidate has real estate accounting experience and strong analytical skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a four-year college or university.
• 2–5 years of professional accounting experience.
• Real estate accounting experience preferred.
• CPA designation is a plus.
• Strong understanding of general ledger and financial statement accounting.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with JD Edwards or a comparable general ledger/accounting system.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.

Responsabilidades

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Senior Accountant to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial statements, maintaining general ledger activity, analyzing financial results, and supporting the accounting needs of our real estate assets.

You’ll work closely with Accounting, Finance, and Asset Management while gaining broad exposure to financial reporting, acquisitions, internal controls, audits, and special accounting projects.
