Job summary

Crowe is seeking an Audit Senior Associate to join our Audit & Assurance team in the United States. You will lead engagements for governmental clients, supervise staff, and strengthen client relationships in a dynamic, growth‑oriented environment.

We value partnership, integrity, and delivering high‑quality audits. This role requires CPA licensure and willingness to travel to client sites as needed; hybrid and onsite work options are available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent and relevant public accounting external audit experience.
• Experience with Governmental clients.
• Experience with engagement management, reviews, and staff supervision.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple engagements concurrently.
• CPA license or eligibility in the aligned home office state.

Responsibilities

• Run client engagements from start to finish, including financial statement prep, staffing, budgeting, and planning.
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff and interns on audit process and provide performance feedback.
• Maintain strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and collaboration at all levels.
• Collaborate with the audit team to resolve issues and grow technical expertise.
• Research and analyze financial statements and audit issues using databases and audit software.
• Engage with client management to collect information, resolve problems, and recommend improvements.
