Qualifications

• 4-year degree required; CPA preferred or pursuing CPA exam.
• Three years of audit/assurance experience required.
• Prior audit/assurance in asset management, broker dealer space preferred.
• Strong time management, communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership, project management, organizational and analytical abilities; proactive and adaptable.

Responsabilités

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing assurance and consulting services to industry clients.
• Engage with clients to gather information and respond to questions.
• Plan and supervise audit engagement activities.
• Review and perform substantive testing on client balance sheets and income statements.
• Assess internal controls and propose improvements.
• Discuss business implications with Managers and Partners based on testing results.
• Mentor and develop junior staff; participate in firm-wide training and programs.
• Build relationships with internal teams and clients to support growth.
