Qualifications

• Four-year degree required; CPA eligibility preferred or actively pursuing CPA.
• Three years of audit/assurance experience in asset management is preferred.
• Prior experience with broker dealer space is a plus.
• Strong leadership, project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team delivering assurance and consulting services to asset management clients.
• Proactively engage with clients throughout the year to gather information and respond to questions.
• Plan and supervise execution of audit engagement activities.
• Review testing on balance sheets and income statements.
• Assess internal controls and recommend improvements.
• Engage with Manager and Partner on business recommendations from testing and information gathered.
• Mentor teammates and participate in firm-wide learning and development programs.
