Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required.
• CPA eligible or actively pursuing CPA exam required.
• Three years of experience in audit/assurance.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team delivering assurance and consulting services to asset management clients.
• Proactively engage with clients to gather information for testing and answer questions.
• Plan and supervise execution of all audit activities.
• Review and perform substantive testing on balance sheets and income statements.
• Assess internal controls and recommend improvements.
• Discuss business recommendations with Manager and Partner based on testing results.
• Learn through on-the-job coaching and firm-wide development programs.
• Build relationships with clients and internal teams to grow the practice.
• Support team development through Baker Tilly's care and teach philosophy.
• Engage in team events and maintain work-life balance.
