Qualifications

• 4-year degree required; CPA eligible or pursuing.
• Three years of audit/assurance experience.
• Experience in asset management, broker dealer space.
• Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing assurance services to industry clients.
• Proactively engage with clients to gather information and respond to questions.
• Plan and supervise the execution of audit engagements.
• Review tests of client balance sheets and income statements.
• Assess deficiencies in internal controls and recommend improvements.
• Discuss findings with Manager and Partner and advise on business implications.
• Mentor and coach junior staff and contribute to learning programs.
• Build client relationships and network across the firm.
