Qualifications

• 4-year degree required and must be license eligible.
• CPA preferred or actively pursuing CPA exam.
• Three years of experience in audit/assurance.
• Experience with asset management, broker-dealer space preferred.
• Strong time management, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing assurance and consulting services to asset management clients.
• Plan and supervise execution of audit engagement activities.
• Review testing of balance sheets and income statements.
• Identify internal control deficiencies and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Mentor and develop junior staff; collaborate with managers and partners.
• Build relationships with clients and internal teams; contribute to firm growth.
