Jobot in Elgin, IL is seeking an experienced audit professional to lead planning, fieldwork and reporting, ensuring findings are communicated clearly to clients. You will oversee engagements from start to finish, assess compliance, and guide junior staff while partnering with management to improve processes.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification, or actively pursuing CPA.
• Minimum 3+ years of current public accounting experience.
• Proficiency with computerized accounting software and MS Office.
• Strong client rapport and project management skills.
• Proven ability to train, mentor, and coach new staff while managing multiple projects at once.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to break down complex financial information.

Responsibilities
