Baker Tilly US (BT) is seeking an Audit Senior Associate to deliver industry-focused audit and assurance services to middle-market clients, offering upward career trajectory and meaningful client relationships.

You will plan and supervise engagements, mentor junior staff, and interact with clients and leadership while developing technical accounting skills and a strong professional network in a fast-growing firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent; CPA eligible or pursuing CPA exam.
• 3 years of public accounting audit experience; working with middle-market clients.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to mentor staff and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing assurance services to industry clients.
• Plan and supervise audit engagement activities; coordinate information gathering.
• Review testing of balance sheets and income statements; assess internal controls deficiencies.
• Lead discussions with managers and partners on business recommendations.
• Mentor and develop junior staff; support firm-wide learning programs.
