Qualifications

• 4-year degree and CPA required.
• 5+ years of experience in financial statement auditing.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience mentoring associates.
• Experience serving Technology, Communications, and Media industries preferred.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing assurance and consulting services to middle market clients.
• Proactively engaging with clients to understand business goals and challenges.
• Manage all fieldwork to ensure quality service and timely delivery.
• Provide financial statement guidance and business recommendations based on testing and information gathered.
• Assist with managing client engagement staffing, billings/collections, and ensure client profitability targets are met.
• Invest in professional development through firm-wide learning and development programs.
